The air conditioning barely worked, and we had to wait a long time to get a new room. It was really disappointing. The only positive was that we got new blankets when we asked. Just not a good experience, to be honest.

The King Room, Accessible/Non-Smoking was spacious with great assist devices. It had a private bathroom, air conditioning, microwave, and refrigerator. The room also had a flat-screen TV and cable channels. Super comfy with fresh shampoo and body soap too. There's a nice pool area and key card access for security.
